The Home Inspections Company is your inspection company in Spring Texas. Buying or selling a home may be one of the most significant decisions, and on​e of the biggest investments you will ever make.
An inspection performed by us will give you a none bias report of the condition of the home allowing you to make an informed decision during the purchase process.
A pre-sale inspection will give the owner the actual pre-sale condition of your home allowing you to make any repairs needed to get top dollar with no surprises.
The inspection report will also provide you with the information you will need for any repairs and maintenance your new home may require. An inspection from us will allow you to buy with confidence and help give you Peace of Mind.
The Home Inspections Company will perform a clear, unbiased evaluation of a home’s condition, and deliver an easy to read and understand report (delivered the same day). A conference call is also available between the client, agent, and myself to answer any questions about the report you may have if needed.

Each individual inspector has varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing, and unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Insurance Statement
Insurance is a must in this day and age; it protects both you, your home and the inspector against claims of damage or injury which may occur during an inspection. The Home Inspections Company carries Professional Liability Insurance that covers bodily injury and property damage as well as E/O insurance.

This is the first time that I have needed an inspector, and I am fortunate that I found Alan at The Home Inspections Company. He was very thorough in performing his duties. Most of all I am impressed that he furnished the inspection report that same evening. I do not know if this is standard operating procedure, but I am still impressed. The home I had him inspect had a steep roof, and he actually went up on it to put that information in the report. I talked with a roofer friend of mine and was informed that most times inspectors only take pictures from the top of a ladder and only look at the roof. My roofer friend was impressed that Alan had done this. Alan has inspected our forever home, but if I were to ever need an inspector, he would be my go to guy, and you should make him your go to guy too.
